Marilyn has been an entrepreneur for over forty years during which time she has served as a resource for others wanting to be in business for themselves. She is a "hands on" individual who pays strict attention to detail. The diversity of the businesses she has helped launch has given her a wealth of experience and information. She applies this knowledge to her new venture in the Accommodations & Hospitality Industry.

Her career in the home construction field is invaluable, whether the project is new construction or remodeling, decorating, or repairs. Bakeries to restaurants, and specialty boutiques to antique stores are but a few of the businesses in which Marilyn has been involved. Her rich past experiences have given her a working knowledge of a number of many fields relating to this booming industry.

Marilyn does not profess to be the expert in all aspects of the business, nor does she know all of the answers. However, "knowing who does, and how to find them" is her gift to you.

Lucinda Bailey

Financial Advisor

Lucinda has had a varied career, is knowledgeable in a wide range of business disciplines, and has had extensive life experiences.

She has had nearly two decades of real estate experience and has owned three real estate companies plus a loan company. She has been a building consultant for both residential and commercial projects. Quite familiar with the art of selling property, she now invests in and develops land.

Over the years, Lucinda observed and personally experienced some of the many financial problems awaiting the unwary. Because she knows that the trauma these unfortunate experiences cause, she founded The Bailey Research Group. Through this company she helps individuals avoid some of the pitfalls of life and helps them recover should they experience a reversal of fortune. Then she further helps them restructure their finances to allow them to retire wealthy.

Pat Martin

Technical Writer/Editor

After graduating from The Ohio State University with an English major, Pat began a highly successful career as a technical writer and editor for some of the most prestigious companies in the USA. After 14 years of service capped by the position of Editor in Chief in a major department of the then Compaq Computer Corporation, Pat retired and began a new career helping small companies and Internet entrepreneurs edit their brochures, newsletters, and other documents to be displayed in printed materials and on their websites.

Pat named her new company “WordPro” with the tag line, “It’s not always what you say, but how you say it!” Being able to say it right in the written word is much more difficult than saying it right in the spoken word.
